Steps
Find the business
Search on Funafuna for the business or category you need — salon, barber, clinic, dentist, consultant, and more.
Open Explore if you prefer browsing mini-apps like Beauty or Health.
Open its profile
Tap the business to open its public profile.
Check services, prices if listed, photos, hours, and whether Request appointment is available.
Tap Request Appointment
Tap Request appointment (or Book appointment on some profiles).
Sign in if prompted — this helps the business confirm who is booking and follow up with you.
Select preferred date and time
Choose the date and time slot that works for you when the picker is shown.
If no slots appear, use WhatsApp or Call on the same profile to ask for availability.
Add notes if needed
Add a short note — service type (haircut, consultation, check-up), special requests, or if you are booking for someone else.
Include a phone number if the business should call you back.
Wait for confirmation
Submit your request and wait for the business to confirm on WhatsApp, by phone, or through Funafuna depending on their workflow.
