Add Boda Boda Services to Your Business

Steps

   Open your Vendor Dashboard

   Boda boda services are managed from the Vendor Portal after you claim your business.

   Sign in to Funafuna, open your profile, and go to Vendor Dashboard. Your public page is where customers see where you ride and how to book.

   Go to Operations or Services

   Open Business in the left navigation:

   • Select boda boda and related service presets (passenger rides, bike delivery, or dispatch)
   • Confirm your phone and WhatsApp — customers tap these on your public profile
   • Use your description for pickup areas, routes, and booking steps

   Depending on your template, you may also use Operations or Services for extra delivery or dispatch notes.

   A clear category and service selections help customers find you under transport and boda search on Funafuna.

   Add boda boda service details

   Tell customers how your boda service works:

   • Pickup areas — estates, markets, ranks, or landmarks where you usually start
   • Common routes — frequent runs customers ask for (e.g. rank to mall, compound to town)
   • Passenger rides or deliveries — people only, parcels, or both
   • WhatsApp booking — what to send: pickup pin, destination, number of passengers or package size
   • Safety notes — helmet policy, maximum load, or night-ride availability

   Short, honest details build trust before the customer sends the first message.

4. 4

   Add hours and contact details

   Open Hours and set when you normally accept rides — peak hours, weekends, or on-call.

   Double-check Business contact fields:

   • Phone — voice calls for urgent pickups
   • WhatsApp — preferred channel for most bookings
   • Address / area — your rank, stage, or base location

   Mention in your description if you only ride during certain hours or need a few minutes to reach the pickup point.

5. 5

   Save and review your public profile

   Save Business and Hours updates.

   Use View public profile to confirm:

   • WhatsApp opens the correct chat
   • Pickup areas and ride types are easy to understand
   • Safety and delivery notes read clearly on mobile
